Raspberry coconut milk

kefir smoothie - Vegan

A delicious mix of raspberries, chia seeds and banana infused with rose syrup and sweetened naturally with coconut kefir.

To make this Vegan Raspberry kefir smoothie, you’ll need:

  • A power blender
  • Coconut kefir (vegan)
  • Raspberries
  • Half a banana
  • Rose syrup (can use rose extract or maple syrup instead)
  • Chia seeds (or linseeds)
  • Oats

 

ingredients

  • 500 ml coconut kefir
  • 200 g raspberries
  • Half a banana
  • 1 tbsp rose syrup or 3 drops Holy Lama Rose Drops for a no-sugar alternative
  • 2 tsp chia seeds
  • 1 tbsp rolled oats

Your choice of superfood powders - optional. Rice or pea protein powers are excellent extras, simply add 1 heaped tsp.

Instructions

1 Place all ingredients into a power blender and blitz for around 30 seconds depending on what blender you're using.

2 Pour into glasses and enjoy.

Serves 2-4 people, depending on the size glassed used.

Blueberry Goat's Milk Kefir Smoothie

Try out this delicious Goat's Milk Kefir smoothie which is a fantastic way to start the day. Use fresh or frozen berries mixed with your choice of protein powders.

To make this blueberry kefir smoothie, you’ll need:

  • A power blender
  • Goat’s milk kefir
  • Blueberries
  • Apple
  • Half a banana
  • Honey

 

 

Ingredients

  • 500 ml goat’s milk kefir
  • 200 g blueberries
  • 1 apple
  • Half a banana
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • Your choice of superfood powders - optional.  Use 1 heaped tsp rice protein

Instructions

1 Place all ingredients into a power blender and blitz for around 30 seconds depending on what blender you're using.

2 Pour into glasses and enjoy.

Serves 2-4 people, depending on the size glasses used
