Perfect over fresh berries or a rich chocolate pudding this cream gives you the richness of a dairy cream but with the health giving properties of raw organic nuts.
1 Cup of Macadamias, soaked in water for two hours
3/4 Cup of water ( I use either filtered of spring)
2 Tablespoons of pure maple syrup
1/8 Teaspoon of vanilla extract
Blend all the above until you get a smooth cream then chill for at least two hours. If you don’t have a high powered blender like a Vita-mix then just allow a little longer blending to reach the required consistency.
Why not try this with brazil nuts or cashews or replace the sweet element with agave syrup, honey ( if your not vegan) or dates?
